Yes. Use the Request an item form with brand, model, condition and budget. Much of our stock is sourced to order through our network of suppliers and auctions in Asia.

Wholesale prices depend on order size and change with stock, so the catalogue shows a price band (or price on request). We confirm the exact price when we confirm availability.

Yes. We only sell authentic pre-owned items and never sell replicas. Every item is inspected before listing, third-party authentication is available on request, and any item confirmed not authentic by a recognised authenticator is refunded in full. [EDIT: confirm policy]

Unfortunately, yes — which is why we publish our authentication policy and grading scale, and offer detailed photos and video inspection. We use a five-step scale: S (unused), A (excellent), AB (very good), B (good, visible wear) and C (fair / for refurbishment). Each item also has written condition notes and multiple photos. See the Condition grading guide for details.

Yes. We can send a recorded video or do a live video call for any item, including hardware, interior, date code / serial and any wear.

[EDIT] Yes. We ship to the UK and all EU countries. UK and EU shipments are subject to import VAT and possibly duty, collected by the courier. We can provide commercial invoices for your VAT records.

[EDIT] Items materially not as described may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or credit. We do not accept returns for change of mind or for wear that was disclosed in the notes or photos. Any item confirmed not authentic is refunded in full.
